In this role, you will analyse business performance, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of forward‑looking strategies that align with the Bank’s long‑term objectives.YOUR CHALLENGEAnalyse business challenges, market trends and operational results to provide data‑backed recommendationsDevelop and present strategic solutions through presentations, reports, and workshopsConduct research, financial modelling and performance analysis to support decision‑makingFacilitate stakeholder discussions and drive consensus on key initiativesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, coordinate and track various initiativesPromote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement through leading by exampleYOUR PROFILERelevant advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldAbility to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutionsExperience in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations for Senior ManagementProficient in the use of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointMinimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar roleWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
