Your tasks:

  1. Responsible for preparing and executing professional training, workshops, and seminars from the offerings of our GFPS Global Academy in the field of process automation.
  2. Supporting the revision, development, and implementation of live training, videos, and content for e-learning initiatives for process automation training courses.
  3. Collaborate in an international network of trainers and training centers, supporting each other with up-to-date material and best practices.
  4. You are in constant communication with your trainer colleagues, other departments, and our customers.
  5. As a competent trainer, you will look after a wide variety of visitor groups from Switzerland and abroad and let them experience the fascination of GF Piping Systems at first hand.

Your profile:

  1. Successfully completed vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  2. Prior experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually at an industrial company with an international environment.
  3. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  4. You are fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  5. You have initiative, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and a desire to provide an excellent customer experience.
  6. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and cultures to achieve common goals.
  7. Willingness to travel occasionally to different global locations for training purposes (10 - 20%).
