Corporate Affairs Manager (all genders) Switzerland & Austria

Location: Baar (Schweiz) ODER Wien (Österreich)

Vollzeit mit Homeoffice-Option bis 50%

Als Corporate Affairs Manager (all genders) ist deine Hauptaufgabe die strategische und operative Umsetzung der Corporate Affairs (CA)-Prioritäten für die Schweiz und Österreich. Dazu gehört die Unterstützung und Implementierung aller Informations-, Kommunikations- und Corporate Affairs-Belange mit dem Ziel, unsere Reputation proaktiv zu steigern sowie relevante Risiken und Issues frühzeitig zu erkennen.

Dies umfasst die Gestaltung der externen Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Relations in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation, Corporate PR und Trade PR inklusive Social Media, ein kontinuierliches Issues Management sowie eine Sprecherfunktion gegenüber Medien und externen Stakeholdern in der Schweiz und in Österreich.

Wen suchen wir?
  1. Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in einem fachverwandten Bereich;
  2. Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Affairs bzw. Corporate Communications mit Fokus auf Corporate PR und Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation, gerne in der FMCG Branche in der Schweiz und/oder Österreich;
  3. Nachweisbar erfolgreich angewendete Fähigkeit zu strategischen Empfehlungen und Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung auf Senior Management Level;
  4. Sehr gute Projektmanagement Fähigkeiten;
  5. Sehr gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil;
  6. Ausgeprägtes Gespür für öffentlichkeitsrelevante und kritische Themen.
Was werden deine Hauptaufgaben sein?
  1. Definition, Umsetzung und Evaluation der relevanten Kommunikationsstrategien und -botschaften sowie Sprecherfunktion und Kontaktmanagement gegenüber relevanten Medien und internen und externen Stakeholdern;
  2. Issues-Management und -Monitoring relevanter interner und externer Themen und Entwicklungen;
  3. Planung und Umsetzung relevanter PR-Strategien in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen;
  4. Verlängerung von Themen und Beiträgen auf Mars Websites und den Mars Social Media Plattformen.

Projektmanagement für lokale, regionale und globale Projekte in der Schweiz und in Österreich.

CA Koordination, Agentur-& Budgetmanagement
  1. Steuerung von externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern;
  2. Verantwortliche CA Budgetplanung und -management in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft.
