Wir streben danach, einen neuen globalen Trend rund um unvergessliche immersive Erlebnisse zu schaffen, bei denen Spaß und Bildung Hand in Hand gehen. Nach Stockholm, Oslo und Miami wird das Paradox Museum bald auch in Hamburg seine Türen öffnen.

Aufgaben

Als Operations Manager spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle für den reibungslosen Tagesablauf des Paradox Museums Hamburg. In dieser Position überwachen Sie die operativen Abläufe des Museums, einschließlich Besucherservice, Personalmanagement, Instandhaltung, Sicherheit und dem allgemeinen Besuchererlebnis. Als idealer Kandidat verfügen Sie über starke Führungsqualitäten, operative Expertise und eine Leidenschaft für exzellenten Kundenservice in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

Operations Management:

  • Leitung und Management des täglichen Betriebs des Museums, um einen reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Ablauf für alle Besucher*innen zu gewährleisten.
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Dienstpläne, Personalbesetzung und allgemeinen Arbeitsabläufe, um die operativen Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Museumsausstellungen und Installationen gut gewartet, funktionsfähig und bereit für die Interaktion mit der Öffentlichkeit sind.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Betriebsrichtlinien und -verfahren zur Optimierung der Effizienz, Reduzierung von Ausfallzeiten und Steigerung der Besucherzufriedenheit.
  • Überwachung des Inventars und Management der Beschaffungsprozesse für Materialien, Ausrüstung und Wartung der Ausstellungen.

Teamführung & Entwicklung:

  • Leitung, Schulung und Motivation eines vielfältigen Teams, einschließlich Empfangspersonal, Sicherheits- und Wartungspersonal.
  • Förderung einer positiven und inklusiven Arbeitskultur, die Teamarbeit, berufliches Wachstum und exzellenten Kundenservice unterstützt.
  • Durchführung von Leistungsbeurteilungen, Festlegung von Zielen und Identifizierung von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Teammitglieder.

Besuchererlebnis:

  • Sicherstellen eines erstklassigen Besuchererlebnisses durch die Einhaltung hoher Standards in den Bereichen Kundenservice, Sauberkeit des Museums und Sicherheit.
  • Professionelles Reagieren auf Besucheranfragen, Beschwerden und Feedback.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing- und Vertriebsteam zur Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen, Ausstellungen und Sonderprogrammen.

Gesundheits- & Sicherheitsvorschriften:

  • Überwachung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsprotokollen, einschließlich der Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften, Notfallmaßnahmen und Risikomanagementpraktiken.
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter*innen in Sicherheitsverfahren geschult sind und das Museum die örtlichen Vorschriften und Standards erfüllt.

Finanz- & Budgetmanagement:

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Betriebsbudgets, um eine kosteneffiziente Ressourcenzuweisung und die Nachverfolgung von Ausgaben zu gewährleisten.
  • Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen und zur Steigerung der Betriebseffizienz.

Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern:

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem General Manager und externen Partnern, einschließlich Auftragnehmern und Lieferanten, zur Unterstützung des Museumsbetriebs.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing- und Eventteam, um eine reibungslose Durchführung von Sonderausstellungen, Veranstaltungen und Werbeaktionen zu gewährleisten.
Qualifikation

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

  • Kenntnisse der Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorgaben in öffentlich zugänglichen Einrichtungen.

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit interaktiven Ausstellungen oder im Management von stark frequentierten Veranstaltungsorten.

  • Starke finanzielle Fähigkeiten, einschließlich Erfahrung im Budgetmanagement.

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Hospitality, Kulturmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich (oder gleichwertige Erfahrung).

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Operations Management, vorzugsweise in einem Museum, einer Kultureinrichtung, einem Veranstaltungsort oder im Gastgewerbe.

  • Starke Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter*innen zu inspirieren und zu entwickeln.

  • Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe, stressige Situationen zu bewältigen.

  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit starkem Kundenservice-Fokus.

  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, ein Auge für Details sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu priorisieren und zu managen.

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebsmanagement-Software und -Tools.
