Fais la différence
  1. Tu gères et optimises le flux de valeurs avec différents outils, comme le programme Kanban et la méthode Scrum.
  2. En outre, tu établis et communiques le calendrier annuel pour les itérations et les incréments de programme (PI).
  3. Tu facilites la disposition à planifier les PI, regroupes les objectifs PI dans le programme ObjectifsPI et veilles ainsi à la visibilité et à la transparence.
  4. Par ailleurs, tu apportes ton soutien dans le suivi de l'exécution des fonctionnalités et des capacités et tu contribues à la synchronisation régulière.
  5. Tu aimes identifier les risques et les interdépendances en collaboration avec le management, les transmettre à l'échelon supérieur en cas d'obstacles et les suivre.
  6. Tu encourages la collaboration entre les équipes et collabores avec la Gestion des produits et des solutions ainsi qu'avec les product owners.

Ce que tu apportes
  1. Tu as suivi une formation supérieure en économie d'entreprise ou en informatique, complétée par une formation continue dans les méthodes de travail agiles. Une expérience dans la gestion d'équipes DevOps serait un plus.
  2. Outre ta compréhension technique approfondie, tu peux également mettre à profit ton expérience à l'interface entre Business et IT.
  3. Tu incarnes notre nouvelle culture I/T, qui mise sur une approche pragmatique favorisant la collaboration entre toutes les unités. De plus, tu apportes le bon équilibre en associant les rôles d'entrepreneuse/entrepreneur, de coach et de réseauteuse/réseauteur.
  4. Tu t'intéresses également aux activités de la Poste et tu en as une excellente compréhension.
  5. Grâce à ta capacité à adapter la communication aux différents échelons, tu peux transmettre des informations entre les équipes DevOps et les parties prenantes de manière efficace et compréhensible.
  6. Tu communiques avec aisance en français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et tu as de bonnes connaissances en anglais et en allemand.
