Our international team of experts shares a passion for bringing powerful technology closer to people — and we’re now looking for an experiencedAI Consultant / Project Managerto help our clients succeed with our solutions.Your RoleAs an AI Consultant, you are the trusted link between enterprise customers and our AI-powered solutions for the life sciences space. You lead onboarding projects, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure every implementation drives tangible value.You’ll thrive if you enjoy working at the crossroads ofAI, life sciences, and enterprise technology, managing projects from concept through deployment to adoption.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of AI automation solutions for life science customers.Analyze customer data, document structure, and workflows to design optimal AI models.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate our platform with systems such as Veeva, MasterControl, or custom APIs.Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with life sciences regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).Conduct technical training sessions and act as a strategic advisor to customers.Track adoption metrics and continuously optimize deployments.Qualifications4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, or implementation.Solid understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and automation technologies.Strong hands-on skills with data integration and enterprise systems.Experience in pharma, biotech, or medtech, with familiarity in regulatory validation and quality frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a similar field.BenefitsA dynamic, international workplace in a fast-growing AI company.Direct collaboration with a skilled technical team and exposure to state-of-the-art AI tools.Competitive compensation and participation in our employee share plan.A culture that values ownership, initiative, and open exchange.We value ownership, proactivity, and regular face-to-face exchanges.
