Senior Machine Learning Engineer - SwitzerlandAre you ready to take your ML career to the next level? We're on the hunt for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic ML team You'll tackle a variety of exciting challenges where ML is the secret sauce. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the team's success, bringing innovative ideas to life and delivering impactful solutions.
What You'll DoAs a Senior ML Engineer, you'll:
- Lead projects from concept to execution, collaborating with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Design and develop end-to-end ML products that solve real-world problems.
- Mentor and inspire your team, fostering success and growth.
- Analyze complex problems, devise creative solutions, and execute with precision.
- Dive deep into data, transforming it into actionable insights with ML techniques.
You'll also play a key role in explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, from team members to clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities- Empower the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Identify and seize opportunities for new business and innovative products.
- Champion cutting-edge applied ML practices.
- Build pipelines, preprocess data, and engineer features.
- Develop and validate ML models.
- Design scalable infrastructure and ensure smooth delivery.
Languages: Python, R
Libraries: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras
Cloud: GCP, AWS, Azure
Tech: Apache Spark, relational databases, CI/CD, Kubernetes
- MSc or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
- Proven experience leading ML projects from start to finish.
- Strong grasp of ML algorithms and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, blog posts, events).
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and sharing your knowledge.
- Leadership in fast-growing organizations.
- Product experience from ideation to monetization.
- Expertise in deep learning, data pipelines, and DevOps.
