Marketing Communications Trainee

As Odlo’s Marketing Communications Trainee, you will be an integral member of our dynamic marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing communication initiatives that enhance brand awareness, stimulate product interest, and engage our target audience. You’ll be actively involved in content creation alongside implementing those assets across paid, owned and earned channels, working closely with cross-functional colleagues. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive individual eager to launch their career in marketing.

- Performance Reporting and Analytics
- Content Creation – copywriting and imagery
- Influencer Marketing
- Sports Marketing Partnerships
To be successful in this position you bring:
- Recent graduate: BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is critical. German and/or French is a plus.
- Passion for outdoor experiences and sports.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and style.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative on individual tasks.
- Flexibility and openness for additional duties, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to various aspects of the business.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exciting tasks with lots of personal responsibility and personal scope in the dynamic world of sport.
- Traditional brand with open idea management and a pronounced social and environmental awareness.
- Flat hierarchy with open communication and an uncomplicated, interactive and positive working atmosphere.
