Our client is looking for a Private Clients Lawyer to join their team in Zurich.

They are a well-established boutique law firm in Zurich, known for offering bespoke legal solutions to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and businesses. With a reputation for excellence and client care, the firm is looking for a motivated Lawyer to join its team and contribute to its continued growth and success.

1. Advising individuals and businesses on legal matters, including estate planning, inheritance, and wealth structuring
2. Providing general legal advice on commercial, corporate, and contractual issues
3. Handling cross-border matters and collaborating with external advisors on tax, financial, or regulatory issues
4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and legal documents
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions

1. A qualified lawyer (Swiss bar qualification)
2. 3+ years of experience in private clients, corporate law, or general legal advisory within a law firm or related field
3. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or another language is an advantage
5. A client-focused approach with the ability to manage diverse and complex cases
6. Team-oriented, with a proactive and flexible working style
