Where no two days are the same.C&Q consultantWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning & Qualification Engineer to support a high-impact project in Stein am Rhein. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about quality, compliance, and operational excellence in a GMP-regulated environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that systems and equipment are installed and documented according to strict industry standards, contributing directly to the success of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.YOUR ROLEConduct in-field verification of components against Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and component lists.Record detailed equipment data including make, model, and serial number, following Lonza’s procedures.Documentation Review & Compliance:Perform thorough checks of documentation related to Material of Construction (MOC), surface finish, and weld records.Ensure all documentation aligns with pre-approved protocols and regulatory expectations.Work closely with cross-functional teams including construction, engineering, and quality.Provide clear and timely updates on verification progress and findings.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESolid experience in Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV) within GMP environments.Proficiency with Kneat Gx or similar electronic validation platforms.Strong understanding of P&IDs, construction documentation, and equipment verification processes.Familiarity with installation standards, serial number tracking, and technical documentation.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Previous experience at Lonza mandatoryWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At our engineering academy, you’ll have access to over 60,000 hours of world‑class training – designed to fuel your growth from day one.
