Teilnahme an PI-Planning, Unterstützung RTE usw.)Vermittlung der agilen Arbeitsmethode und -Regeln an deine TeammitgliederDeine SkillsGute Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe usw.) sowie solide Kenntnisse in OrganisationsentwicklungDu bist eine empathische, teamorientierte und qualitätsbewusste PersönlichkeitNebst einer hohen Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit über alle Hierarchiestufen hinweg, bringst du Standhaftigkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick mitDein ProfilDu verfügst über eine abgeschlossene ErstausbildungDu hast eine gute mündliche wie schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (C1) und eine gute Basis in Englisch (B1) und idealerweise FranzösischAbgeschlossene Weiterbildungskurse in agilen Methoden von Vorteil (z.B. Professional Scrum Master (scrum.org), Certified ScrumMaster (ScrumAlliance), SAFe Scrum Master)Gute Kenntnisse von Tools wie miro, O365, Confluence und JIRA von VorteilPraxisnachweis (mind. ein Projekt und mehrjährige Erfahrung) einer koordinativen Rolle in einem agilen Team (z.B.
