Denna position rapporterar till: Project Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will your own projects as an End of Warranty (EoW) Project Manager, ensuring the effective execution of global customer, which typically encompass complete variable speed drive systems. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role contributes to the High Power projects within our Business Line Packaging in the Motion Business Area. Main stakeholders are project teams, customers, and internal business partners. You will be mainly accountable for: Managing projects end-to-end from equipment delivery through installation, commissioning, until the end of the warranty period by structuring, planning, budgeting, and ensuring the fulfillment of commercial targets (revenue, cash flow, NWC, margins). Ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction by meeting all contractual, Health & Safety (including developing H&S plans), and Quality standards; maintaining customer relationships through clear communication, regular status updates, and on-site presence worldwide for assessments and planning. Leading and optimizing project teams by establishing and coordinating commissioning teams with resources from ABB hubs and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing resource utilization across global and local organizations. Facilitating project execution and continuous improvement through ongoing project monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and on-time delivery per customer expectations. Qualifications for the role You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration, complemented by relevant technical skills. You have two to four years of experience managing complex customer projects. You have in-depth knowledge in drives, electrical motors, and transformers, with experience overseeing system-supply projects involving these components, including installation, commissioning, and startup. You are certified or familiar with project management methodologies such as IPMA, PMP, or ABB-certified processes, and proficient in modern tools like Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and MS Project. You demonstrate a strategic mindset by embracing challenges, taking initiative, identifying and seizing opportunities, and improving the working environment in alignment with business area strategies. You are proficient at managing a global network of suppliers and navigating complex organizational structures, supported by knowledge of contract and claim management processes. You communicate fluently in English, with additional languages (German) being a major asset, and combine advanced analytical skills with leadership capabilities, customer-facing experience, and efficient communication skills.
