Controller Fund Operations | Private Equity
Aufgaben- As a German speaking member of a senior team collaboration in the management of fund of funds investments across all fund operations including reporting, ESG and risk management matters.
- Review and approve quarterly fund financial statements.
- Collaboration in the production of the quarterly fund reports for investors.
- Management of tax and audit issues as well as regulatory compliance.
- Overseeing the life cycle of a fund such as closings, equalization payments, fee calculations, operational provisions, fund costs, waterfall interest, post-closing of an investment, etc.
- Overseeing compliance with ISAE 3402 standards.
- Support the preparations of marketing materials and handling of client requests in collaboration with marketing and client service department.
- Ensuring the compliance of investor documents.
- Contact point for investor inquiries.
- Situational ad hoc project.
- Master or Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Fully qualified CPA or ACCA preferred.
- CFA or CAIA qualification is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of the Private Equity industry with funds and fund of funds.
- Experience in fund administration, fund management, valuation or auditing.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail for financial analysis, modelling, valuation and reporting.
- Ability to do high-quality work as well as multi-tasking.
- Ability to act efficiently while taking changing priorities into account.
- Interested in project management and presentations.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- German as well as English.
