About the job:
  • Management consulting for our clients, handling strategic and operational tasks
  • Preparation of functional and technical concepts and implementation planning
  • Responsibility for subject area content within the project
  • Coaching of team members
About you:
  • First-class Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences from a prestigious university or university of applied sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of project experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry (all business lines), either directly or via consulting work
  • Affinity for IT and interest in complex IT systems (e.g., insurance/reinsurance core systems, integration platforms)
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • High capacity for teamwork and social competencies
