agap2 operiert mit interdisziplinärer Expertise von festangestellten, qualifizierten Fachspezialisten aus den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften und Pharmazie in vielen verschiedenen Projekten.

HR-Assistent mit Schwerpunkt Personalplanung m/w/d 80-100%
  • Vollständige und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines definierten Mitarbeiterkreises von Beginn bis Ende des Arbeitsverhältnisses
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Dienstleister
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten und Arbeitszeiterfassung, Verwaltung der internen HR-Systeme
  • Erstellung monatlicher Rechnungen und Reports
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling
  • Erstellen von Dokumenten (Arbeitszeugnisse, Bescheinigungen aller Art etc.)
  • Proaktive Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung sowie Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen und -systemen
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte und Kunden in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Minimum Anforderungen
  • Sie verfügen über ein EFZ oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Berufsmaturität
  • Sie bringen erste Erfahrungen im administrativen Bereich mit
  • Vertraulichkeit, Organisation, Flexibilität und Genauigkeit sind Ihre Stärken
  • Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache und Ihr Englisch ist fließend. Französisch ist ein Plus
  • Sie beherrschen Microsoft Office
