Mitarbeiter Product Management Private Equity Investments

Aufgaben
  1. Durchführung Datenanalysen mit Marketingbezug im Zusammenhang mit Fonds und Investment-Produkten.
  2. Erarbeitung von quantitativen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Aktien- und Rentenfonds bezüglich der Entwicklung neuer Anlageprodukte und deren Vermarktung.
  3. Analyse des Kundenverhaltens und der Optimierung der Kundenakquise.
  4. Mitarbeit bei Due-Diligence-Prüfungen.
  5. Point of Contact für Kundenanfragen.
  6. Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams wie Business Development, Portfolio Management oder Risikomanagement.
  7. Verantwortlich für Change Management Projekte im Bereich von Tools und Prozessen.
  8. Business Analyse sowie Planung und Durchführung von Veränderungen im Business oder in den Prozessen mit Bezug zu nachhaltiger Unternehmensführung, Datenbanken oder Tools wie Morningstar, Bloomberg, etc.
  9. Laufende Analyse und Optimierung der Reporting-Tools.
  10. Mitarbeit bei der laufenden VBA-basierten Automatisierung.
  11. Mitarbeit beim Testen neuer IT-Lösungen und Tools, einschließlich Datenbanken.
  12. Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Change Management-Prozess.
Qualifikation
  1. Bachelorstudium.
  2. Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit Datenanalyse und Projektmanagement in der Beratung, auf einer Bank oder im Asset Management.
  3. Kenntnisse von Kapitalmärkten und Finanzinstrumenten.
  4. Analytische Fähigkeiten, detailorientiert, präzis.
  5. Kreativität bei Anfragen mit überraschenden Inhalten.
  6. Selbstständige, initiative, ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  7. Problemlösungsfähigkeit im Business und im technischen Bereich.
  8. Eloquent in der Kommunikation.
  9. Versiert im Umgang mit IT-Tools, MS-Office, Excel, Pivot Tabellen und VBA.
  10. Deutsch und Englisch.
