Senior Devops Engineer – Client Data Domain

Sous responsabilité de la secrétaire générale, vous avez pour mission de contribuer activement, dans un mode collaboratif, à la mise en œuvre de la politique institutionnelle et de ses objectifs.
En tant que directeur.trice des services partagés, vous participez en tant qu'invité permanent aux séances de Comité de direction. Vous êtes responsable d'une direction regroupant des services transversaux qui assurent des prestations de support à l'ensemble de l'institution et garantissent le bon fonctionnement des organes dirigeants.
Vous jouez un rôle de facilitateur.trice et de coordination transversale pour les services rattachés ainsi que dans les interactions avec les directions concernées. Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Le service des instances décisionnelles qui assure l'organisation et le suivi opérationnel des travaux des organes dirigeants (Conseil d'administration, Comité d'audit et Comité de direction).
- Le service des affaires juridiques, responsable de l'expertise juridique pour l'ensemble des champs de compétence de l'institution.
- Le soutien administratif du Conseil d'éthique institutionnel.
- La mise en œuvre de la politique de responsabilité sociétale (RSE) de l'IMAD ainsi que le suivi des mesures, actions et indicateurs en lien avec le contrat de prestation de l'institution.
Collaborer étroitement avec le service des relations extérieures chargé notamment du suivi des travaux des instances extra-cantonales dans le domaine du maintien à domicile.
Gérer en propre des dossiers et des projets spécifiques sur demande de la secrétaire générale.
Représenter l'institution auprès des interlocuteurs externes en lien avec les domaines de compétence.
Votre profil
- Au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure (université, Haute école) complétée d'une formation postgrade dans un domaine corrélé aux services sous responsabilité.
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée (5 à 10 ans) en gestion d'équipe et dans une fonction à responsabilité de préférence au sein d'un établissement public autonome ou d'une administration cantonale.
- Excellentes connaissances des enjeux relevant des services sous responsabilité.
- Connaissance des problématiques en lien avec le domaine de la santé publique.
- Entregent, sens relationnel et de la négociation, esprit pragmatique orienté service et prestations, capacité à anticiper et à travailler sous pression.
- Talent à mobiliser les collaborateurs grâce à un sens aigu des relations humaines et de l'exemple.
- Maîtrise de l'allemand : un atout.
