Background:We are looking for a proactive and structured individual who will help drive the execution of this initiative. You will play a key role in shaping and operationalizing the transition plan, from understanding user needs to ensuring successful rollout and adoption.The perfect candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are structured, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. A hands-on mindset and an eagerness to contribute to every phase of the tool transition—from discovery to delivery is required. A mix of analytical thinking, coordination skills, and collaborative spirit will be key to helping the team succeed.General Information:Start DateASAP - 01.10.2025End Date6 MonthsWorkload80% - 100%WorkplaceRotkreuz (Home Office possible - partially)Tasks and Responsibilities:.Project coordination & tool selectionSupport the squat in shaping and structuring the transition planConduct market research and support in the identification of suitable tool(s)Coordinate and document user requirements through interviews or surveysSupport gap analysis between current and future-state toolsTool implementation & configurationAssist in the sourcing process and vendor coordinationHelp set up and configure the new tool based on defined requirementsMaintain documentation around tool functionality and configurationsRollout & data migrationHelp design and execute the rollout plan (e.g. pilot, phased deployment)Prepare and support data migration effortsMonitor adoption, gather feedback, and propose improvementsTraining & change enablementContribute to defining the training concept and rollout approachSupport development of training materials and hands-on guidesHelp deliver training sessions (1:1, small groups, or virtual formats)Your Profile:Bachelor’s or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldsMin. 2 years experience in a similar roleStrong project coordination skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on and solution-oriented mindsetComfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced work environmentTech-savvy, with a basic understanding of tool implementation or configurationFluent in English, spoken and writtenNice to haves:Previous experience with digital tool implementation or internal rolloutsFamiliarity with project or product management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Airtable, Asana)Experience with resource management tools (like Smartsheet Resource Management)Experience with portfolio management, resource management, change management, user training, or enablementInterest in digital transformation or commercial operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
