Your role

As Junior Portfolio Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are a versatile individual who is seeking to be part of and grow within the operational excellence in Global DPM and provide service to and connect with various stakeholders worldwide.

Your responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the operational implementation of our sustainable discretionary private banking mandates worldwide.
  2. Implement and execute centralized trades for mandates and investment funds.
  3. Create and maintain building blocks and model portfolios which are required for all mandates including premium offerings.
  4. Contribute to international roll-out, centralization of tasks including future onboarding of new businesses.
  5. Support team leaders and fund managers in their management role.

Your profile

  1. University degree in Economics/Business Administration or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education.
  2. At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services or investment management.
  3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage.
  4. Ability to weight problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Capability to work exactly, efficiently, and independently.
  6. Ability to work with various stakeholders and excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure.
  8. Fluency in German and English.
