Job purpose:

The new role of Logistics Specialist for Business Operations will strengthen the Operations team and will help execute an ambitious project plan and streamline, standardize existing and new business processes. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of our supply chain processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. You'll work closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end process. We are looking for Part-Time (min. 24h) or Full-Time applications.

What you do:

• Reinforce the sourcing and purchasing of materials, supplies, and services to align with the company requirements and objectives.
  
• Streamline inbound and outbound shipment processes by tracking orders and collaborating with shipping companies and onsite datacenter operators.
  
• Foster clear communication with suppliers, customers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  
• Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
  
• Maintain and enhance the accuracy of the inventory database.

Job Purpose:

Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist with a passion for marketing our IaaS Cloud solutions in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and in France. The ideal candidate (f/m/d) will have outstanding communication skills in both French and English. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and acquiring new ones. You will work closely with our various specialized teams, and in particular with the pre-sales and marketing team.

• Take responsibility for selling our complete portfolio of products, services and solutions to a portfolio of existing and prospective IaaS customers.

Platform engineer plays a critical role in ensuring constant availability of the Exoscale platform. The engineering team at Exoscale works on all aspects from designing & developing products, to their operation and support.

With an expanding customer base and new products to further advance Exoscale's product portfolio, platformengineers build and maintain a wide range of technologies. As users of Exoscale itself, platformengineers also take active part in improving products.

This position focuses on designing and maintaining Exoscale's global network at various levels: from the edgeto the end operating system via the core fabrics. Team leaders at Exoscale focus on many different aspects including people & team management, project management and technical delivery. Team leaders at Exoscale are expected to contribute on day to day and project technical tasks.

Some of the challenges you will be working on:

- Lead a small teamof seasoned network engineers.

- Design and maintain Exoscale'snetworks, from the edgeto the end operating system via the core fabrics , the out of bound and VPNs.

- Help improving our routing & security automation systems.

- Contribute to improve and maintain our network observability stacks.

The site reliability engineer plays a critical role in ensuring constant availability of the Exoscale platform. The engineering team at Exoscale works on all aspects from designing & developing products, to their operation and support.

With an expanding customer base and new products to further advance Exoscale's product portfolio, site reliability engineers build and maintain a wide range of technologies. As users of Exoscale itself, site reliability engineers also take active part in improving products.

This position focuses on designing and maintaining Exoscale's base systems and hypervisor internals including Layer 3 networking and security layers.

Some of the challenges you will be working on:

- Design and maintain Exoscale's base operating systems and hypervisor fleets including their network stacks and security filtering layers.

- Contribute to the routing & security automation systems implementations.

- Help shape our image strategy, from bare metal to Virtual Machines.
