Job Description:Detailed Scheduler Finished Goods (m/f/d)
Freelance/temporary employment for a project in Aargau. Start date: asap. Reference number: 772081/1.
Responsibilities- Maintain and own an accurate packaging schedule in close collaboration with global and local functions.
- Drive optimization by proactively balancing demand priorities against optimal production and efficient resource utilization (equipment, staff, materials, etc.) within the scheduling horizon.
- Revise and maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters (calendars, productivity, utilization, fixed horizon, etc.) in the planning system to allow optimal use of system-detailed scheduling functionalities.
- Proactively communicate and resolve conflicts related to equipment capacity, staff capacity, materials requirements, etc.
- Support problem-solving processes through impact and production capacity analysis and event scenarios, and oversee execution.
- Participate in project management teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree or equivalent in a Supply Chain discipline, Business Administration, or Business Informatics with relevant experience.
- Ability to think through processes, considering upstream and downstream stakeholders to achieve results.
- Knowledge of improvement methodologies (Lean) to analyze and resolve problems, focusing on efficiency and simplification of processes.
- Initiative to embrace new opportunities, convey a sense of urgency, and lead new responsibilities and challenges.
- Capability of prioritizing and managing multiple demands and commitments, understanding the “big picture,” anticipating operational issues, and recommending solutions.
- A self-directed individual focused on delivering results that add value to the business, unafraid of making decisions.
- A person willing to challenge the status quo and share knowledge with leaders, teammates, and cross-functional peers.
- Fluent in German and able to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
