Your role You will be working in an international team to provide engineering services in the area of Energy and Power Plant Technologies. You are going to design and perform thermal and integrity analysis of products towards the end customer specification and relevant standards. In this role you are working at our client site, specifically for Heat Exchangers and Condenser products of Thermal Power Plants. You will take the responsibility for the technical accuracy and quality of the work and support optimization and continuous improvements to the clients products. Required Working Experience in the field of Turbomachinery & Energy of >3 years. Knowledge in product design and mechanical integrity calculations. Knowledge in (preferably) Ansys or Abaqus finite element software. Knowledge in CAD Design tools (preferably) NX or Catia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Optional Working experience in thermal, fluid analysis and mechanical integrity Knowledge in Power Plant operation and its product design Field experience / Experience in Root Cause Analysis for typical lifetime related failure mode and its mechanism Written and verbal communication skills in German / French. Experience with internal standards ASME, EN and particular Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) Personal High analytical skills A high degree of initiative and flexibility High customer orientation High quality awareness Excellent verbal and written communication skills About Infosys Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
