Job Description

Contexte de la mission :
Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique pour un de nos clients dans le secteur de l'assurance, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet pour piloter l’implémentation d’une solution de gestion de contrats d’assurance. Ce projet s’inscrit dans un programme plus vaste visant à développer une nouvelle capacité de vente, de souscription et de gestion de contrats d’assurance auto en utilisant une nouvelle solution Cloud.

Missions principales :

En tant que Chef(fe) de Projet, vous serez responsable de la planification, de l’exécution et de la livraison du projet. Vos missions incluront :

  1. Planifier l’ensemble du projet et établir une feuille de route d’intégration dans le programme.
  2. Préparer la phase de cadrage.
  3. Piloter l’exécution du projet tout en assurant son intégration dans un programme plus large autour de la transformation métier.
  4. Gérer les interdépendances avec d’autres projets et veiller à la bonne intégration au sein de l’écosystème du client.
Responsabilités détaillées :
  1. Assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais, le périmètre et le budget définis.
  2. Gérer le staffing et la répartition des rôles et des tâches au sein des équipes, tout en suivant l’exécution des travaux.
  3. Maintenir une communication efficace et proactive avec toutes les parties prenantes du programme.
  4. Identifier et gérer les interdépendances et les risques associés aux projets, tout en proposant des solutions de mitigation.
  5. Conduire toutes les phases du projet, du cadrage jusqu’à l’hypercare, en veillant à l’application des standards de gouvernance définis par le programme (comités de projet, kick-off, reporting, etc.).
  6. Garantir une conversion adéquate des spécifications fonctionnelles en spécifications techniques pour les équipes transversales.
  7. Établir et présenter des reportings réguliers sur les différentes phases de livraison, en cohérence avec les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) du programme.
  8. Centraliser toutes les informations liées au projet et agir en tant que point de contact principal.
  9. Examiner et gérer les aspects de sécurité, de conformité et juridiques liés aux projets.
  10. Contrôler les modifications de périmètre (scope) apportées au projet et signaler les points nécessitant une gestion fournisseur au responsable du programme.
Profil recherché :

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) ayant :

  1. Une expérience significative dans la gestion de programmes d’envergure, en particulier dans l’implémentation de solutions Cloud.
  2. Une expérience dans la mise en œuvre de solution ERP.
  3. Une solide expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement dans le domaine de l’assurance.
  4. Excellentes compétences d’organisation, de communication et de synthèse.
  5. Une maîtrise des outils de la suite Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Tempo).
  6. Une connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet (waterfall et agile).
Langues :

Bilingue en Français et Anglais.
Maîtrise de l’Allemand est un atout supplémentaire.
Résidence en Suisse obligatoire.
