JCW are working exclusively with a global commodity & energy company searching for a HR lead to join them in Geneva. You will have an exciting position, working strategically & working closely with the asset divisions HR Managers in order to centralise the way each asset works.

You will be tasked with bringing together several ways of working in order to ensure the business strategy is aligned across multiple assets globally.

Requirements:
  • Several years as a HR professional in globally operating positions.
  • Proven experience working in an industrial asset holding company (oil & gas, energy, mining etc).
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics & talent management for the asset companies.
