As a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Indirect, you will have a key function and responsibilities in Procurement for a wide range of commodities within the area of Indirect Services. This is a local position supporting the Swiss market, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering value through strategic sourcing initiatives. Your Challenge Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories to deliver cost savings and ensure alignment with business objectives Lead supplier selection and negotiation processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement in quality, service, and innovation Analyze market trends and spend data to identify opportunities for consolidation, cost optimization, and strategic partnerships Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements, including contract management and governance standards Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align sourcing initiatives with operational needs and long‑term business goals, fostering strong engagement and communication Drive stakeholder alignment and influence, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure buy‑in for sourcing strategies and category plans Your Skills 3+ years of experience in Strategic Procurement within the Indirect category, with a proven track record of delivering business value Strong sourcing expertise in Indirect Procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management Good project management skills, ensuring timely and successful execution of sourcing initiatives Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of deriving actionable insights from data and market trends Proven success in delivering competitive advantage to the business and leading complex sourcing projects Knowledge of procurement systems and tools such as Ariba Guided Buying and SAP S/4HANA; strong data analysis capabilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German At Sunrise you’ll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived.
