Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in the execution of audits of our clients, under the supervision of our managers and partners.
  • Supervise the audit engagements, and coach the audit team.
  • Assist in carrying out ordinary and limited statutory audits, as well as audits in compliance with IFRS.
  • Contribute to other special legal reviews and reports.
  • Develop an understanding of the RSM audit approach, methodology and tools.
  • Be the brand ambassador for RSM, promoting RSM values.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, controlling and/or audit.
  • Min 3 years audit experience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ready to supervise and to coach.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, German is a plus.
  • Good level of accounting and auditing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong attention to details.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
  • Valid working permit in Europe.
