INNOVATION PRODUCT MANAGER

Notre client, une société active dans le monde de l’horlogerie située dans l’arc jurassien, recherche le profil suivant : Innovation Product Manager (H/F) à 100% (poste de cadre)
Lieu :- Formation d’Ingénieur HES en Microtechnique, Matériaux ou à convenir
- Fort attrait pour les nouvelles technologies, les innovations technologiques avec des nouveaux matériaux
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l’innovation ou du développement produits horlogers
- Maîtrise de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (niveau B2 au minimum), l’allemand un atout
- Pragmatisme, créativité, rigueur organisationnelle, gestion des priorités et anticipation dans la gestion de projets exigeants
- Grande capacité à fonctionner de manière transversale et pro-active
- Esprit d’analyse, flexibilité et diplomatie dans la communication
- Personnalité curieuse, inventive, positive et fédératrice de ses idées
- Être force de propositions en apportant des nouvelles idées et des techniques novatrices
- Rechercher et sélectionner les nouveaux matériaux et applications dans le cadre des projets
- Assurer la gestion de la veille technologique des nouveautés développées
- Organiser les recherches et les développements des innovations
- Coordonner et assurer une collaboration fluide de tous les départements techniques impliqués dans le développement des innovations produits
- Apporter une expertise claire et un soutien quotidien aux départements techniques de la société
- Gérer les investissements en lien avec les créations, les mises au concours puis le choix final des fournisseurs
- Participer à l’intégration des nouveaux procédés et des marches à suivre
- Communiquer et promouvoir de manière transverse les projets au sein de l’organisation tout en diffusant une culture claire et positive de l’innovation produit
- Participer aux séances stratégiques d’innovations
