Als Teil des internen technischen Teams von VSL bist du für die Konzept- und Ausführungsplanung verschiedener Projekte verantwortlich und trägst zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen für unsere Kundschaft bei. Du arbeitest an Projekten unterschiedlichster Grösse im Hoch- und Tiefbau, hauptsächlich in der Schweiz, aber auch international. VSL Schweiz ist sowohl im Tief- als auch im Hochbau tätig und arbeitet an neuen Strukturen und in der Instandsetzung und Verstärkung von existierenden Bauwerken, was deine Aufgabe sehr abwechslungsreich macht. Hauptaufgaben Bemessung von Stahlbeton‑ und Spannbetontragwerken (Platten, Brückenträger) gemäss SIA/Eurocodes Entwurf von Verstärkungslösungen für Gebäude und Brücken Erstellung von Berechnungsmodellen (2D/3D) auf Basis der Software Cubus / Sofistik Koordination mit Projektleitenden und Ingenieurbüros zur Sicherstellung der Planungsgenauigkeit, Normkonformität und Schnittstellen Erstellung von Konzeptplänen sowie Koordination und Prüfung von Ausführungsplänen Durchführung von Baustellenbegehungen und technische Unterstützung der Baustellenteams während der Ausführungsphasen Wen suchen wir? Bachelor‑ oder Masterabschluss in Bauingenieurwesen / konstruktivem Ingenieurbau oder gleichwertige Ausbildung Mindestens 1–2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung Fundiertes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an spezialisierten Ingenieurlösungen Fähigkeit, an mehreren anspruchsvollen Projekten gleichzeitig zu arbeiten Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sehr gute Deutsch‑ sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Interested?
