Purpose

The business analyst will work closely with the commercial team at the Headquarters and with teams in markets to provide analysis and support. The business analyst will report directly to the Performance and Business Development Director.

The Business Analyst will be accountable for supporting the Commercial Team in different areas from sales performance management to reporting, data accuracy, ad hoc presentations and analysis, dashboards, and various projects.


Responsibilities


Business Analytics & Reporting
  1. Responsible for providing an accurate daily sales flash and ECOM flash to the Commercial Teams.
  2. Provide ad hoc sales analysis (on products, network, sell-in, sell-out, etc.).
  3. Create and maintain dashboards with Commercial teams’ KPIs.
  4. Prepare the monthly sales report for the management of the Maison.
  5. Provide support and training to our sales team worldwide on various BI tools.

Data accuracy and maintenance
  1. Maintain an accurate list of point of sales, openings and closings.
  2. Provide gap analysis between different systems listing our point of sales.
  3. Ensure accurate sell-in, sell-out, stock in the system.
  4. Identify missing sell-out and assist Commercial Teams in their sell-out declarations.
  5. Animate Key user community to make sure data is accurate and to update them on new features, tools and reports.

Analysis and Presentations for the management team
  1. Prepare the ad hoc analysis and the material for the key presentations throughout the year.
  2. Prepare template presentation for our LE and budget process.

Your Profile

  1. You have a first successful experience in business analysis including dashboard and PowerPoint presentations creation.
  2. Strong analytical skills.
  3. Strong Excel skills.
  4. Knowledge of BI tools such as SAC or PowerBI.
  5. High level of personal integrity and motivation, trustworthy and reliable.
  6. Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  7. Able to adapt in a changing environment.
  8. Perfect verbal and written English.
