Als erfolgreicher Automation Engineer & Recipe Owner stellen Sie die zuverlässige Produktion in unseren pharmazeutischen Anlagen am Standort Bern sicher. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkollegen sind Sie verantwortlich für den Bau und Unterhalt von Automatisierungssystemen (SPS, PCS, MES) im Bereich der aseptischen Abfüllung und visuellen Kontrolle über deren gesamten Lebenszyklus. Nebst der Realisierung von Investitionsprojekten koordinieren und implementieren Sie Änderungen zur Prozessoptimierung und Pannenbehebung an unseren komplexen Steuerungssystemen im regulierten GMP Umfeld. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen und externen Partnern sowie unserer Produktion zusammen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Führende Rolle in Projekten als Teilprojektleiter Automation. Vom Konzept über Spezifizierung, Ausschreibung, Ausarbeitung, Implementierung, Inbetriebnahme, mithilfe bei der Qualifizierung bis hin zur Erstbegleitung nach dem GoLive, inklusive Zeit- Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement.
- Gestaltung und Implementierung der Herstellrezepte für den Betrieb der Produktionsanlagen basierend auf den ISA-S88/S95 Standards
- Erstellen und Prüfen von Spezifikationsdokumenten, Testplänen und Dokumentationen.
- Konfiguration und Dokumentation von Schnittstellen zu Fremdsystemen wie z.B. SAP, LIMS, Data Historian
- Initiierung und selbständige Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten zur Steigerung der Verfügbarkeit und Effizienz der bestehenden Produktionsanlagen und deren Prozesse.
- Betreuung der Automatisierungssysteme über den gesamten Lebenszyklus sowie Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Anlagen 7x24h zusammen mit externen Partnern.
- Beaufsichtigung und Überprüfung der Arbeit von Auftragnehmern/Integratoren während der Planungs-, Bau-, Inbetriebnahme- und Validierungsphasen von Projekten sowie OPEX-Initiativen und Änderungen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Engineering / Automation
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder gleichwertige Erfahrung, in den Beriechen Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Automation
- Sie sind eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung. Ihr ausgeprägtes Interesse an Neuem gepaart mit einer guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihr technisches Wissen effektiv einzusetzen.
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise für die Abwicklung komplexer Projekte mit der Fähigkeit, Automatisierungssysteme in einem regulierten, prozessbasierten Umfeld in grossem Massstab einzusetzen
- Erfahrung mit Prozessautomatisierung, PCS/MES und Industriestandards für die Chargenfertigung (ISA S88 und S95) inklusive Wartung und Support sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Siemens PLC & DCS/PCS, PCS7/Batch, OpCenter, JAG oder die Bereitschaft sich einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden ihr Profil ab
