  • Leitung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Automatisiertes Fahren für den Schienenverkehr (ATO, Sensorik, CBTC)
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten, budget- und vertragskonformen Projektabwicklung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Lösungen zur Erfüllung von technischen und nicht-technischen - Kundenanforderungen
  • Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams von Ingenieuren und Fachexperten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Signaltechnik oder andere relevante Projekterfahrung in der Bahnindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich der Automatisierungstechnik im Schienenverkehr
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Teamführung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
