Enso is a leading infrastructure provider that enables application developers to embed Decentralized Finance (DeFi) into their products with ease. Enso has secured $9.2m from Polychain Capital, Multicoin Capital, Spartan Capital, Cyber Fund, IDEO Ventures, and many others to support its mission of enabling application developers to build applications on-chain. Enso was established in 2021 and pivoted 2 times to find current product market fit and has enabled over $13b+ to be settled on-chain in the last year. Now, Enso is expanding its team of contributors to establish itself as an engine that fuels not only DeFi, but new on-chain primitives.
Location
Zurich or remote (from +2 GMT up to -8h GMT to ensure sufficient team overlap).
Responsibilities
- Lead the research, implementation and release of new DeFi protocols within the Enso infrastructure.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimise integrations for better performance.
- Discuss with external teams directly regarding any integration questions that may arise.
- Actively participate in code reviews and share insights to uphold the team's standards and best practices.
- Contribute to team health by fostering open communication and collaboration, aiding team members when needed.
3+ years software development, including 1+ year in web3.
Deep expertise in Typescript, and proven code quality practices.
Smart contract development and deployment.
Proficiency in testing tools (e.g. hardhat, foundry, tenderly).
Extensive experience with web3 tools and topics about EVM.
High proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Contributions to open source projects.
- Low ego, collaborative approach with focus on team success.
- Ability to adjust in a fast-moving environment.
