As Senior Test Automation Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are actively, ambitiously and independently contributing to the quality assurance of our core banking system (Avaloq) as well as other in-house developed applications and provide creation and maintenance of our automated test cases universe.Your ResponsibilitiesWrite automated test scripts based on received specificationsContinuously increase the automation coverageEnsure automated test cases to run without failuresExecute test cases and conduct detailed analysis and validationEnhance the automation frameworkSupport implementing/maintaining/improving CI/CDYour ProfileHigher education (university / FH) in IT or equivalent relevant experienceCertification/education in IT System Administration, System Engineering or correlated courses5 years of practical experience in the field of Test AutomationA strong understanding of programming languages fundamentalsBanking area experience is an advantage (Avaloq experience is a big advantage)Experience with advanced Excel proeficiency and SQL is required, knowledge in System Architectures and API's as well as PL/SQL are an advantageExperience in CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems and micro service architectures will give you room to grow into new challenges over timeCommunicating effectively and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate with users at all levels of the business will be important to succeedFluency in English, fluency in German is a plusEntrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bankCentral city office locations across SwitzerlandAbove average insurance coverage fully borne by the bankContribution to health insurance and meal allowanceGlobal growth strategy and stable environmentCompetitive offeringAbout usAs a leading sustainable private bank, we offer dynamic and personalized services in investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients.
