Our client is a leading industrial company in its field with headquarters in the greater Lucerne area and around 500 employees throughout Europe. The company has production sites at two locations in Europe and is represented by its own sales offices in key countries.

We are looking for a pragmatic, communicative and internationally experienced person as

Key Tasks

Lead the Finance & Controlling team on different locations and ensure efficient and accurate financial operations, cash management and reporting

Strengthen/develop the finance organisation across the group

Guide the management team in all financial and tax matters (e.g. business model, business plans, forecasts, profitability improvements, etc.)

Ensure/foster compliance & good corporate governance across the group (e.g. IFRS reporting, statutory reporting/filing & audit, legislation, tax, transfer pricing, ICS etc.)

Lead the ICT team and ensure efficient, secure and stable IT landscape and IT applications

Strengthen/develop the IT organisation across the group

Requirements

Higher degree in Finance/Controlling and/or Business Administration

Experienced CFO or in a senior financial leadership position in an industrial (ideally manufacturing) company in an international, matrixed environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change

Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Ability to integrate IT with business objectives and operations

Proactive, result-driven approach and strong analytical skills

High resilience to workload and time pressure, able to handle stress and challenges effectively

High integrity, high assertiveness and hands-on mentality

Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
