Review, manage, and archive Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Prepare for and support audits, ensuring all relevant documentation and processes meet audit standards. Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for Customer Service, STAAR Management and Sales Provide on-demand backup support for Customer Service Representatives Your profile Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar) Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred.
