Synthes GmbH sucht eine(n) Sachbearbeiter Distribution/Export (m/w/d) in Selzach.

Zweck: Ab unserem Distribution Center in Selzach vertreiben wir unsere Produkte in die ganze Welt. Möchten Sie sich zusammen mit unserem Team dieser Verantwortung stellen und daran beteiligen um unsere Produkte zu versenden? Wir sind ein gut eingespieltes Team und suchen Verstärkung. Mögen Sie dazu selbständiges Arbeiten und internationale Kontakte? Dann wird es Zeit, dass wir Sie kennen lernen.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
  • Termingerechter Versand organisieren von Kundenaufträgen
  • Verrechnen und Verzollung bearbeiten
  • Versanddokumente erstellen und versenden
  • Gutschriften erstellen für Retoursendungen
  • Ansprechperson für alle internen und externen Schnittstellen bezüglich des Exports
  • Beantworten von Kundenanfragen in Englisch
  • Administrative Arbeiten
QualifikationenAusbildung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (zwingend)
  • Berufserfahrung im Export oder als Sachbearbeiter Customer Service
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
