Der regelmässige Dialog mit unseren internen Fachspezialisten und Fachspezialistinnen und ein effizientes Backoffice unterstützen dich bei der Erfüllung deines breiten Aufgabenspektrums.

Aufgaben:
  • Als ProjektleiterIn wickelst du selbständig komplexe Beratungsmandate im Bereich Corporate Finance ab (Unternehmenstransaktionen, Bewertungen, Due Diligence und Nachfolgeregelungen).
  • Du engagierst dich beim Ausbau unserer Marktstellung im Bereich Corporate Finance und übernimmst Verantwortung für die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von der Akquisition bis zum Abschluss des Mandates.
  • Neukundengewinnung und Kundenpflege runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams am Standort Basel.
Qualifikationen:
  • Du hast einen Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss oder eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
  • Im Rucksack bringst du nachweisliche Beratungskompetenz sowie einige Jahre Berufspraxis in anspruchsvollen Aufgabenfeldern (Corporate Finance, Prüfung, Treuhand und/oder Banking) mit.
  • Deine Zahlenaffinität und Kreativität unterstützen dich bei der Lösung von komplexen Aufgabenstellungen.
  • Du verfügst über ein hohes Mass an Sozialkompetenz und Leistungsbereitschaft und zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung aus.
  • Im regionalen KMU-Umfeld bist du gut vernetzt und du setzt dein Akquisitionstalent gewinnbringend ein.
  • Du magst Menschen und förderst dein Team mit deiner wertschätzenden Haltung.
