Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind verantwortlich für die Skalierung, Konfiguration, Gestaltung sowie Nachrüstung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen vom Pilot bis zum Produktions-Massstab, und kommerziellen Produktion. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Implementierung neuer Prozesse sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse mit dem Ziel, kosteneffiziente Produkte und eine optimale Ressourcennutzung unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Regulierungsstandards zu erreichen. Dabei sind Sie verantwortlich für die : Teilnahme am Technologietransfer zur Einführung neuer oder modifizierter Prozesse in die Produktion Erstellung von Betriebsvorschriften für die Umsetzung in der Produktion Leitung oder Teilnahme an Prozessrisikobewertungen (PRA) Bereitstellung von Prozess- und Fachwissen sowie Unterstützung für das Produktionsteam Überprüfung der Prozessleistung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Prozesse unter Kontrolle stehen Untersuchung von Prozesssicherheitsvorfällen und Ermittlung ihrer Ursachen Überprüfung des Verbrauchs von Rohstoffen und Energie und gegebenenfalls Verbesserungsvorschlägen unterbreiten Erstellung von Verbesserungsplänen zur Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse Ihr Profil Doktorat in Chemie oder Chemieingenieur Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktion oder im Technologietransfer im Bereich der Synthese organischer Chemikalien Erfahrung im Umgang mit DCS und fortschrittlichen Automatisierungssystemen in der chemischen Produktion Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie und Produktion Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Prozesssicherheits- und Qualitätsrisikobewertungen Gutes Verständnis chemischer und nicht-chemischer Gefahren in der chemischen Produktion Erfahrung im Einsatz statistischer Werkzeuge zur Prozessüberwachung Kenntnisse über GXP- und HSE- & Q-Systeme Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Schichtteams Flair für technische Anlagen Interesse an der praktischen Umsetzung von Herstellprozessen vor Ort Beherrschung aktueller Office PC-Kenntnisse Persönliche Fähigkeiten Gute Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten Fliessende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Systematische, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise Ergebnisorientiert und belastbar Agilität und Teamfähigkeit Offene, positive Einstellung mit Respekt gegenüber anderen Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und gestalten Sie unsere Zukunft und Kultur aktiv mit Interessiert?
