Our client is the Asset Management of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a regulatory reporting specialist (m, f, d) as Team Leader Regulatory Reporting Fund Investments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the creation of regulatory reporting of PE funds for investors.
  2. Designing an overview of investments.
  3. Determining the performance of private equity funds in relation to what the investor invested in the fund at a given point in time, taking into account the residual values determined.
  4. Recording the interim financing and leverage payment terms of the funds.
  5. Summarizing the investment parameters and restrictions.
  6. Recording investment or recycling policy.
  7. Disclosure of gross TVPI in the previous period.
  8. Disclosure of AUM of active funds and active portfolio companies in the funds.
  9. Disclosure of current investment status of a PE fund.
  10. Disclosure of service providers.
  11. Responsible for data quality and data cleansing.
  12. Monitoring of regulatory changes.
  13. Responsible for external reporting to financial market regulators taking into account the EU regulations sustainability related disclosure requirements (SFDR), Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), Investor Protection with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive MiFID II etc.
  14. Contributes to the optimization of tools, processes and better networking of the department in Asset Management, including the implementation of regulatory changes.
  15. Participation in regulatory projects of the banking group.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's in Economics or Business Administration.
  2. Solid experience in the fund industry.
  3. Professional experience in a bank, a BigFour company or in fund business consulting.
  4. Knowledge of performance measurement and financial market regulations for funds.
  5. Good understanding of processes and interrelationships.
  6. Enthusiasm for new procedures.
  7. Ability to complete tasks precisely and on time.
  8. Willingness to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
  9. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  10. Develop good contacts with business partners at all levels.
  11. Team and service orientation.
  12. Very good communication skills.
  13. Flair for IT, IT processes and IT systems.
  14. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and databases.
  15. German as well as English.
