Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Researcher to join our team focusing on the development and optimization of AI software stacks and compilation techniques. The successful candidate will have substantial experience with state-of-the-art frameworks and be instrumental in advancing our research and product offerings in AI model performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Conduct cutting-edge research in AI software stacks, focusing on performance optimization and compiler technologies. Develop and enhance tools and frameworks, specifically utilizing PyTorch, Triton, MLIR, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications and products. Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals to contribute to the academic community. Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and compiler technologies. Qualifications PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on AI, compilers, or software systems. Proven experience and proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Triton, MLIR, and TVM. Strong understanding of programming model, compiler design, program optimization, and parallel processing. Experience with AI model training and deployment at scale. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, with a track record of publishing research and presenting findings to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience in performance benchmarking and profiling of AI models. Familiarity with hardware architectures and their impact on AI model performance.
