Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Private Equity
In einem dynamischen und wachstumsstarken Umfeld spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Finanzsteuerung und -optimierung. Du trägst massgeblich zur Skalierung der Unternehmensgruppe bei, indem Du Finanzprozesse strategisch vorantreibst.
Deine Aufgaben
- Proaktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Entwicklung unserer Finanzstrukturen in enger Zusammenarbeit direkt mit dem Gründerteam
- Implementierung eines gruppenweiten Finanzcontrollings über alle Portfoliofirmen hinweg, unter Berücksichtigung lokaler und regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Entwicklung und Einführung von operativen Kennzahlen (KPI) zur Leistungsmessung und Steuerung der Gruppe und Portfoliofirmen, einschliesslich deren regelmässigem Reporting
- Finanzsteuerung und Controlling der Portfoliofirmen und der Gruppe
- Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, Financial Reportings sowie Investoren- und Finanzierungsunterlagen für externe Geldgeber (Banken, Debt Fonds, etc.)
- Bewertung finanzieller Risiken gemäss dem Unternehmensrahmen
- Unterstützung bei Finanz-Due-Diligence
- Management von externen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium an der Universität oder Fachhochschule im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Gebiet
- Mindestens 3-4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, darunter 2+ Jahre im Bereich Controlling und Audit bei einer Big 4 und 2+ Jahre im Finanzmanagement in fast-paced Sektoren wie Private Equity, Venture Capital oder Scale-Ups
- Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement von mehreren Gesellschaften ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse der Schweizer Rechnungslegung sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungstools (z.B. LucaNet, SAP Financial Consolidation (BPC), etc.)
- Kenntnisse in Finanzbuchhaltungstools (z.B. Abacus, AbaNinja) sind von Vorteil
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, insbesondere im Aufbau und Monitoring von KPIs sowie in der Finanzanalyse
- Fähigkeit, Finanzsysteme und Gruppencontrolling eigenständig aufzubauen und gruppenweite Finanzprojekte zu leiten
- Ausgeprägtes Stakeholder-Management und Kommunikationsstärke, um effektiv mit Geschäftsführern und dem C-Level zu kollaborieren
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (zwingend) und gute Englischkenntnisse
