AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

The Whatever/Whenever team is responsible for answering hotel incoming phone calls as well as handling guest requests and complaints that are directed to their department, whatever they may be, whenever they are received. The W/W team is also responsible for helping to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy throughout the hotel.

As a Whatever/Whenever Agent, you are responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming, and witty experience for all guests, making sure all requests are approached to offer Wow moments.

PROFILE

You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of our team. You have experience in the Concierge/Guest Service department in a high-end, lifestyle environment. You have a natural affinity for styling trends and excellent people skills, with an upbeat, positive attitude towards work and life. You are creative, always thinking of new ways of doing things, and embrace change. You are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience. You have a real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.

Position to be filled for the winter season 24/25, from December to March.
