As a consultant you will support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and skills. We are looking for a dynamic, agile professional eager to adapt to different work environments and to explore the behind-the-scenes of the biggest projects on our client’s portfolio. Respons... Project management for the design and construction of substations (110 kV). Implementation of relevant standards such as SIA and Occupational Health and Safety. Contact with suppliers, partners and authorities. Managing other employees on a project basis (sub‑project manager, experts, etc.). Reporting the project to the appropriate committees, e.g. Steering Committee. Preparing the project review report and recording the generally relevant improvement measures in the Continuous Improvement Process. Requirements 5+ years of professional and industry experience in the field of power transmission and distribution. Fluent German spoken and written (minimum level C1) is a must; additional languages are a plus. Sound knowledge of substations with 110 kV. Decision‑making competence on issues within the scope of the project assignment. High level communication and coordination skills with stakeholders at all levels. Strong planning and organizational skills with strong conceptual abilities.
