Purchasing Agent

We are currently looking forward to welcoming a new member as Purchasing Agent in our Purchasing department in Sofia, Bulgaria, which is part of the Purchasing Center of Competence of the ALSO group.

The role involves appropriate and well-timed purchasing of needed products and management of related documents, with the aim of buying products under the best possible conditions that satisfy the ALSO group needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyzing stock and creating purchase orders/replenishment from assigned suppliers
• Ensuring correct estimated arrival dates
• Ensuring correct purchase prices in the system
• Handling missing/damaged product claims
• Making returns and stock rotations
• Preparing needed information for material creation in the system

Your Profile:

• Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) in English
• Good skills in the use of different Office programs (especially Excel)
• Able to work with data
• Analytical and diligent
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
