DevOps Solution Architect

Your new role: DevOps Solution Architect As a DevOps Solution Architect at VSHN, you are part of a team that bridges the gap between customer requirements and tailored VSHN solutions. You work closely with developers or DevOps engineers on the customer side, our sales and account management team, and internal specialists from our technical teams. Your focus is on understanding customer needs, designing solutions, ensuring technical feasibility, and supporting the technical aspects of the sales process. For sold solutions, you coordinate the technical implementation during onboarding projects. While VSHN has a strong product focus, the Solution Business is about integrating our own and third‑party services. This involves developing missing elements and processes to deliver comprehensive, well‑defined solutions for our customers in the software industry. Responsibilities summarized Collaborate with customers to understand and define their technical needs in workshops and meetings. Design solutions that leverage VSHN’s products and services. Continuously experiment and expand your knowledge of VSHN products, relevant technologies, practices, and the processes. Support the sales team in early phases by answering technical questions. Coordinate the technical implementation of projects to ensure alignment between customers and VSHN teams. Create detailed, standardized documentation to support implementation, ongoing operations, and continuous reviews. This job is for you if You have A solid understanding of cloud‑native technologies, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, or technical consulting. The ability to translate technical concepts into understandable language for non‑technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align different teams towards common goals. Business‑fluent German and English. Knowledge of project management tools and methods.
