Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und PeripherieVerwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Ein-/Ausritten in Active Directory / EntraMitarbeit bei Rollouts, Go-Lives und Einführung neuer AnwendungenUnterstützung und Schulung von Anwendern im sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und weiteren IT-ToolsErstellung und Aktualisierung von Systemdokumentationen, Anleitungen und ÜbersichtenOperative Mitwirkung bei Beschaffungen sowie aktive Beteiligung an IT-ProjektenQualifikationenAbgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder gleichwertige QualifikationErfahrung in Betrieb, Administration und Support von Windows-Clients, Microsoft 365 und relevanten ApplikationenGute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Server und BenutzerverwaltungHohes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle FähigkeitenSelbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher EigeninitiativeSehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von VorteilReisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz, Führerausweis Kat.
