System/Software Quality Engineer

Nous recherchons un System / Software Quality Engineer pour renforcer l'équipe qualité dynamique d'une entreprise leader dans le domaine de l'aéronautique en Suisse.
Vos missions- Maintenir le Système de Management Intégré (SMI) en conformité avec les normes ISO 9001 et ISO 27001.
- Soutenir la mise en oeuvre des moyens de conformité actuels et futurs.
- Proposer des mesures d'amélioration continue afin d'augmenter l'efficacité.
- Promouvoir une culture de sécurité horizontale au sein de l'équipe par un coaching continu, des formations et la promotion des processus internes de qualité et de sécurité.
- Réaliser des missions d'Assurance Qualité pour garantir l'atteinte des normes de qualité.
- Effectuer des audits internes selon les normes ISO 9001 et ISO 27001.
- Expertise en systèmes de management intégrés.
- Spécialiste des normes ISO 9001 et ISO 27001 et de leur interprétation dans le contexte d'une organisation de développement logiciel.
- Expérience des processus de développement logiciel dans un environnement critique pour la sécurité (aéronautique, automobile, défense...)
- Vous possédez une grande capacité d'analyse, êtes adaptable, autonome, rigoureux et orienté service.
- Vous avez une haute résistance au stress et faites preuve de flexibilité.
- Expérience pratique de la mise en oeuvre des méthodologies de développement Agile.
- Maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l'anglais requise.

- Enova propose un processus de recrutement qui est en général en 4 temps : Un premier entretien téléphonique pour faire connaissance: en apprendre plus sur votre parcours et vos compétences. C’est aussi un moment de partage ou nous vous présenterons Enova et ses activités.
- Si vous êtes shortlisté vous pouvez aller en second entretien avec en général le manager du compte client ou bien un autre collaborateur de Enova, soit à distance par TEAMS soit dans nos locaux en face2face.
- Une fois les premières informations et étapes passées, nous organisons une rencontre et/ou un entretien technique avec les équipes techniques du client.
- Si nous nous projetons ensemble sur une collaboration, nous vous présenterons durant un 3ème entretien, idéalement en physique, le contrat de travail que nous vous proposons. Durant ce processus, nous communiquerons aussi bien par téléphone que par email et nous pourrions vous inviter également à rencontrer nos équipes dans nos locaux ou bien les équipes de notre client bien entendu. Pour les postes techniques, nous attirons votre attention sur l'importance d'un test technique en ligne pour évaluer votre niveau notamment sur les langages de programmation par exemple.
