Job Title: Lagerist/Logistiker

Location: Visp, Switzerland

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Lagerist/Logistiker to join our team for an exciting project in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient and compliant production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in accordance with company procedures.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
3. Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to production and other departments.
4. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
2. Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good communication skills and proficiency in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of GMP compliance requirements is preferred.
