You will help shape how Ascento builds relationships with global clients and deploys robotics and AI solutions at scale. This is a hands‑on, full‑cycle BD role in a fast‑growing robotics startup – perfect for someone who enjoys both technology and people. Zurich, CH Full‑Time Business Development Manager What You Will Own Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority markets. Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Deliver compelling demos of Ascento’s robotic solutions to customers on‑site and remotely. Gather insights from the field to influence product development and our international go‑to‑market strategy. Maintain long‑term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout deployment. What We’re Looking For Customer‑facing experience in consulting, project management, sales, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Caring, curious, and coachable – committed to continuous improvement. Persistent, structured, and comfortable owning your outcomes end‑to‑end. Passionate about robotics, AI, and technology‑driven solutions. Fluent in English and German; French or other languages are a plus. Willingness to travel and spend time with customers in the field.
