We are partnered exclusively with a HFT company who are looking to double in size it's Rust Engineering team. The company has entities in Europe, Dubai and APAC. The client has recently hired C-suite from Tier1 HFT companies.

You will be designing and developing a high-performance trading platform. Utilizing Rust and low-level optimization techniques to save CPU cycles and preventing cache misses.

The client are looking to speak with Engineers and Developers throughout EMEA who have production experience working with Rust to build complex systems. Ideally, you will have experience working in either financial services or another trading firm. This position is available fully-remotely within EMEA. Ideally you will be comfortable with a B2B contract arrangement, however the company can employ via EOR too.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in production.
• Experience building highly complex backend systems.
• Low-latency programming experience.
• Passion for best-practices within software engineering (TDD/SOLID)

Bonus points for:

• Open-source contributions to Rust projects
• Direct experience building trading systems.
